Audience: Quality Control File Reviewers, with years of adjusting experience, for a 3rd party insurance claim handling company.

Problem: Inaccuracies are being found in the field adjuster’s estimates and in the quality control file review process. These errors cause delays in file handling times and kickbacks from the insurance companies.

Solution: This training will teach our Quality Control File Reviewers the expectations of the insurance companies we service. Fine-tuning the file review processes should decrease &/or eliminate delays.
