Audience: Volunteers for Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Central Florida.

Problem: Volunteers over a wide demographic have difficulty navigating the registration process. It results in an influx of needed assistance from the on-site staff. This, in turn, diverts the in-house staff’s attention away from other responsibilities. A solution is needed to streamline the process.

Solution: Volunteers will be directed, via email and through verbal instruction during orientation, to a link that will allow them to access a microlearning video. This video will be accessible to volunteers at any time, and will teach them how to navigate the portal which is used by The Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Central Florida.
