How to Volunteer for The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida®.

Audience: Volunteers for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida.

Problem: Volunteers over a wide demographic have difficulty navigating the registration process. It results in an influx of needed assistance from the on-site staff. This, in turn, diverts the in-house staff’s attention away from other responsibilities. A solution is needed to streamline the process.

Solution: Volunteers will be directed, via email and through verbal instruction during orientation, to a link that will allow them to access a microlearning video. This video will be accessible to volunteers at any time, and will teach them how to navigate the portal which is used by The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida.
